i think billy is playing rose so that she makes herself look even more the fool. i've watched him and he eggs things on just enough to keep people going, then sets back and lasughs at them for being suckered in to it. rose and bob have both fell for it. lol
Surely everyone has considered that Billy is nothing more than a loser himself? He can't make friends, so he pretends he doesn't want any. He gets all excited if someone pays attention to one of his rants or one-liners. He is a parasite just like Rose.
